JULIAN Prifti, fOUNDER
Julian launched his professional journey in 2011 as a Union Painter, immersing himself in diverse projects with some of the most prominent painting companies in the NYC Metro area. His exceptional leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects on time quickly set him apart. Julian honed his ability to interpret and execute design drawings and schedules, and effectively coordinating with Construction Managers, General Contractors, and various trades, ensuring the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects. His portfolio includes significant hospital renovations, impressive commercial high-rises, and state-of-the-art sports centers, all marked by his unwavering dedication to quality and excellence. In 2020, together with his father, Julian founded their family-owned company, JP Standard, LLC. Together, they have combined their expertise to establish a boutique construction company known for its craftsmanship and reliability.
Jovan Prifti, Co-fOUNDER
Jovan’s construction career is defined by a wide array of roles and expertise, reflecting his versatility and dedication to the industry. From constructing natural gas and oil drilling rigs in Albania to taking on positions as a builder, bricklayer, ironworker, mason, and painter, gaining invaluable experience across different aspects of construction.
Jovan has contributed to various high-rise projects throughout New York City, including iconic sites such as the American Dream Mall, Javits Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and the Hospital for Special Surgery. His hands-on experience and meticulous attention to detail have made him a valuable asset on every project he undertook. Jovan’s extensive knowledge of materials and techniques, along with his unwavering commitment to quality, is instrumental in driving JP Standard’s success as they continue to tackle high-profile projects and exceed client expectations.
